Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Class Cancellations:Single Class Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your registration for a single class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. Multiple Class Package Cancellations:If you have purchased a package of classes and need to cancel or reschedule a class, you must inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the class from your package.

2. Refunds:

Refunds for Individual Classes:
We do not offer refunds for individual class bookings. However, you can reschedule the class if done within the cancellation window (24-48 hours). -
Refunds for Packages or Memberships:
Refunds for packages or memberships are provided only under exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or relocation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include supporting documentation. A refund fee may apply, and approval is at the sole discretion of the studio management. -
Unused Class Credits:
Class credits in your package must be used within 6 months of purchase, after which they will expire unless otherwise stated
3. No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice (i.e., a "no-show"), you will be charged for the class and it will be removed from your account or package.
4. Studio Cancellations:

In the event that the studio cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, weather conditions), you will be offered an alternative class or a full refund for the cancelled class.
5. Trial Classes & Introductory Packages:

Trial Classes:
Trial classes are non-refundable and must be used within 7 days of your scheduled date. -
Introductory Packages:
Introductory packages are available to new students and are non-refundable after the first class has been attended. If you are not satisfied with your experience during the first class, please inform us within 24 hours of the class for a possible resolution.
6. Transfer & Substitution:

Class Transfers:
If you cannot attend a class you are enrolled in, you may transfer to a different session of the same class within the same week, subject to availability and approval from the studio. -
Substitution of Students:
You may transfer your registration to another person for the same class or event if you are unable to attend. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Please note: By registering for classes or purchasing any packages, you agree to the above terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
